It came up as one line on my screen, your legacy is preserved OZ ;)

I actually do value your opinion. However, as someone with the original arms and the original parts you seem to be a very lucky guy to of not had issues. Did you swap out the bushings or install them without the washer on the inside originally?

That article seems very pro Uniball Camburg, which is the other option I'm considering. I'm also waiting to see if JBA's newer arms have the right angles built in.

Mine are the original bushings and ball joints , installed correctly by torquing after the truck was on the ground which probably has more to do with the longevity than luck

If there was some massive inherent flaw in the arms so that every pair was likely to break in a 5 year lifespan there would likely be a recall on them

But again , don't buy them if you don't trust them , I care not

No OZ-T in that thread though. Threads with OZ-T involved are never the same.

    Apparently not...

The 3rd gen has turned the whole site into dick swinging versus anything of practical value. Other than OZ's comments, which actually were helpful though pointed, nothing here has shown me anything other than people really feel invested in what they buy for a Tacoma.

I'll tell you when my OT is paid out. I'm still on the fence. Honestly, I'm going to wait now to hear more about the Camburgs from a few people locally who run them that I can trust a bit more than here and go from there. If they have had their own share of issues, the cheaper option would make more sense.
