Lighting Help, Replacing Fogs

Hello all, I am new to anything that deals with wiring or electricity. I just got a pelfreybilt hybrid bumper for my 2015 and I was wondering if I could use the OEM fog light wiring harness and splice some LED pods in replacement of the fogs and then do the cheap all the time fog mod so I can run the lights whenever I want, or will I have to install a new wiring harness?
