Regarding the problem- I doubt something mechanical came loose to break the circuit for cab and spark power since that would have vibrated loose long ago. I don't think it is a fluid leak that did anything to the electrical as it is mostly non-conductive aside from metal particles. It has power to turn over, so the coils would spark if they got a voltage. Maybe some sensor got hosed into telling the computer to not fire, or am I overexposed to 2-3rd gen problems? Final answer, not sure.

My theory is that the dried up mud in the timing cover assisted the crank in slipping past the teeth of the timing belt. Obviously the timing was off, but the belt was as tight as could/should be - And I don't see why the left-side-roll would affect it.
Well guys, I usually am not one to ask questions on a forum and I hope you can tell why - I usually can figure it out myself, or have someone come figure it out! But this was a weird problem! Also a stacked problem - after a few people attempted to fix it. But the old Tacomapocalypse truck is back in commission! plz don’t drive it on the highway with those tires. Sudden tread separation is a thing that can definitely happen at that age of the tire. Paul Walker himself died because the tires were 9 years old on the Porsche he was driving

Its definitely not a highway truck at this point. I recently swapped in a rear axle from a wrecked 4Runner I have - Didn't realize it was bent. The right rear tire is toed way out. I didn't even realize it until I hit pavement and the rear tires squealed the whole time. I wonder if I could heat it up and bent it back a little. LOL - for off road use only.

Lightly roll, same as a flop? Random thing that caused it to not start, hmm. Did the nss get unplugged?

You'd have to watch the last video to actually see what happened. The crank somehow skipped teeth on the timing belt. Presumably a lot of mud had previously made its way inside the timing cover which had dried of course, and then settled to the bottom after putting the truck back on it wheels. During cranking, the dirt was drawn through between the belt and the cog which let the crank take a few spins without the belt.
It just happened to land back on a spot that made it sound like it had perfectly good compression again. We caught it all on camera and I point it out on the video. So for anyone interested, take a look. https://youtu.be/Nvl0bf_vHzc
