Lightly used on a few chickens. I have a few cleavers so I am simply thinning he herd. No chips/ dings on the edge. Still razor sharp. This cleaver has a very comfortable and ergonomic handle It's the perfect length and height in my opinion as well. The edge profile is exactly right, slightly curved front and rear for maximum contact and corner strength.
