2008 Dark Blue Tacoma TRD Sport

Spent the last 3 days welding up my bumper from coastal offroad. Need to know where to put the mounts for my light bars and fog lights so I figured I would just buy them. Looking for recommendation. I need 1 22inch single row led bar and 2 3x3 fog lights. Not really looking at spending more than $100 on each set.
