On a 2010 Tacoma, do any of these switches light up? If so what bulb and how do I get to them or is it a fuse for these?

They do. Is that wheel at the top next to the vent scrolled all the way up?

Yes it is. I have ordered the lights for the heat and ac controls. Didn’t know if these took the same bulb or how difficult it was to get to them.
