    It can go above 14.0 as Dm93 stated.
    You don't want to see 15v+. Then I'd consider it a problem.

    Maintain the engine speed at 2,000 rpm and check the reading on the voltmeter.

    Standard

    13.2 to 14.8 V for voltage
