Recently hit a deer in my 2017 Sport. I opted to buy some aftermarket LED fog lights. Body shop installed them as part of the repair and they are not working. Body shop tested truck wiring with other lights and they are good. They said my insurance will not cover them looking into it any further.
Could these lights possibly need some kind of relay since stock fog lights were not LED?

What lights? It may be a polarity issue, meaning however they're wired up (I'm assuming it's a simple two wire feed) needs reversed if so.

Says "plug & play", but also noticed after they were installed that it said "Not fit for 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road,TRD Sport". Would this be because of wiring or a "fit" issue. Seem to fit just fine.

    ^^ This
Assuming you've got power in the truck's wire harness, which you probably do because the shop tested other lights, checking polarity by switching the wires is good advice.
I switched my 2016 Sport from the stock H11 to LED's and it was plug and play so that should not be an issue. The Roxmads look like they have an H11 connector.

Oversimplified diagram I found on the internet...

Please do not use those in traffic. They are not a fog lamp, and they will cause escessive glare for oncoming traffic
