Palm Beach area. Not down south, thankfully. I try not to go down to Dade County. And this is true, I do have the wrong complexion for that area. No offense taken.

PD or SO? Either way, PB rocks! Don't blame you on Dade/Broward. One time I forgot my password while visiting a college friend in Kendall, I was afraid they'd find out!

A local PD. But the Sheriff is taking every agency over so who knows where I'll be in a year or so. I think I'd look good in green though.

okok fine, I'll contribute something worthwhile.

    on this day
    [IMG]

we were surfing ginormous 20' sets, so large, that we had Fire/Rescue called on us by on-shore tourists. There was a small craft warning, and we were riding the surge from a tropical storm that disintegrated offshore.

I'm sitting up front, seat 1 or "stroker". (STFU. I set the stroke pace.)(STFU AGAIN)

Coming off one of the drops into the wave, I had to pull a rudder steer, or "unni" to pull the nose of the canoe left, so that the canoe wouldn't flip going into the wave.

as I pulled the unni, my foot lost its grip and I kicked up, and my pinky toe kicked a metal bracket on the inside of the gunwales used to hold covers.

    (Me pulling an unni)

Turns out I sliced the entire top of my toe off, with the corner of the bracket cutting down to the bone.

    My foot was dripping blood.
but the sets were too tasty.

So I kept on surfing (LIKE A BOSS), bailing out the bloody water between sets, so that my crew wouldnt freak out.

I broke my hand too. I wish I had the x ray. Half of the bones in my hand looked like crumpled up tin foil.

Do you have any problems with it when it's cold outside?

Took those off the video. Yeah, this dog was a newbie and very eager. A German Shepherd must be awesome, though!

Nope, we were filming some LEO's training, and since a dog was there I asked to be chased. Turned out to be an exercise for him, so I donned a Lucha Libre mask and ran. :D You?
