^don't listen to the haters bro...they are just envious of your skills and jealous at the fact that you have the skills and work shop to build something like this...

they have no idea what it would cost in parts let alone labor costs...

seeing as you built this yourself I commend you...

i got some ideas for a 2nd gen roll cage for the interior part of the cab but I would like to roll cage to be hidden in the interior body panels....yes I would need to redo the interior panels to allow the roll cage to fit...but i like the stealth factor...:D

the exo design is nice, and I do agree that the tube bumper is kinda "busy" looking.

I think if you redid that pre-runner loop in the front it would change the whole look of the front end. If you wanted to calm it down I would make that loop to mimic the outline of the stock grill.

you see on the end of the bumper where you have the lower bar ending outside of the fender wrap bar coming in to meet at teh same location? If you wanted to you could have them meet at teh same location so when you take a hit on the lower bumper that force transfers into the fender wrap tubing making it stronger. As of now if you took a good enough hit it would just bend the outside of the bumper where that tube is. I would also think welding the end of the tube closed would make it look pretty good as well.

If you wanted to change the look of the lower bar you can copy the lines I made or make it rounded to kinda match the amount of curves you already have on the truck. I personally like the curved and matching idea.

Yeah I just submitted a project for bid that is a gate that consists of all 3/4" square iron. I have a feel the bids are going to be extremely high.
