4AB1C3F1-DEE9-470B-8D27-C899631147C7.jpg I ordered up one of these bumpers for my 2019 and it just got deliver to powdercoat this week at Powder Vision in Fall City. Once powdering coating is done I'm gonna have to figure out how I'm going to install since my house doesn't have a garage and I don't even have a flat slab of concrete to work on, not to mention I'm a little apprehensive to cut up the front end of my newish 2019 truck that I just got this past December...but its gonna happen.

So if you any of you have had your eye on one and want to see one in person before pulling the trigger, I'm in the Seattle area. Probably comes out of powdercoat in a week or two (I told them no rush). Excited to bolt this thing on.

this is the same bumper that is on MESO's truck, but he has a version that is widened for the fiberglass fenders. though I am a MESO fanboy, it wasn't till after I ordered this one that I saw he was going to bolt one on too.

Bumper install seems pretty straight forward:

    1. Breaking down the lower front end, removing some stuff.
    2. Make a couple cuts.
    3. Remove a bunch of stuff.
    4. bolt it on.
    5. attach and rewire the fog lights (I already have some Baja Designs Squadrons with brackets to put on there, one set SAE, one set Pros). SAE will be on the factory fog wiring, Pros on a seperate switch)

I won't be adding a winch till later, after I do the $suspension.....which may be some time as I have a kid going into college next year.

Hey if you want, you can use my driveway, I'm NE Seattle - since you're not changing fluids or anything. I'd like to make an install review/initial thoughts video.

Watching that second video I would not do whatever that guy is doing, his cuts are crooked and the bumper looks like it's sloped downwards...

It'll probably take longer than you'd think.

I really appreciate your generous offer but I don't know that my Sasquatch Research Vehicle is ready for its YouTube debut. I actually don't mind installing it in the gravel of my driveway (only big downside with that is just having a good level space to work), but honestly I'm interested in finding a place I can do it out of the wet with lights during these short days. I probably sound like a "choosing beggar"...but I may try to find a place to rent to do it if necessary.
I agree about the second video.
Brian of Lil'Bs has some information to help me make sure I get it right, and without a doubt it will take longer...it always does if you take care.
Anyway, thank you for the driveway offer!

Get this installed yet? I'm considering this bumper myself.

Picking it up tomorrow. I hope to get it on this week, may drive out the Olympic Peninsula and have a friend out in PA/Joyce area help me put it on if it works out.

More boat anchor mpg destroying fun bolted on. Went pretty well, always fun to take a cutoff saw to a perfectly good 2019 truck.

Looks great! If you ever decide to go back to stock bumper let me know as my truck is the same color and I want a sweet boat anchor.

Sorry to bring back an old thread, but i figure it’s better than starting a new one. anyone have photos/videos on how/where the winch is bolted to the bumper. My bumper is on my truck and I just got the winch. Installing it on Wednesday and wanted somewhat of a guid. Thanks!

Interested as I will be doing the same once I get my suspension sorted.

I’m *assuming* that the front place has something to do with the winch mounting? If someone posted a few pics to give me an idea I’ll take some while installing and post it.

That is for the fairlead. This is what Brian of Lil'B said:
"Pretty much anything will fit, as long as it doesn’t have a fixed control box attached to it"

It mounts "foot forward". What that looks like and means....well I'd love to see to pictures from others who have mounted a winch on this bumper!
