    How is it stealing? The music is the intellectual property of the artist. When you buy a CD you don't own the music you are buying the right to use that music for your listening pleasure and distributing that music, whether it be for money or not, is illegal and illegally obtaining said music is stealing.

    I don't think Limewire should be in trouble. Limewire is just file sharing software, it allows one person to upload files so others can access them. Likeware didn't copy that music, it just provided people a place to put it for others to obtain.
