Am I hearing this guy on test driven TV correctly?

    https://youtu.be/MkcJdfxR3do

His video says the limited has power drivers seats.

Also, did I understand everyone correctly that the limited only comes in a short bed? I'm not seeing the long bed as an option spec sheets.

    Thanks!

I see I screwed on on the title. No Long Bed....

Correct. Limiteds are short-bed equipped only.

Nien. The video is incorrect. If you look on the official Toyota pdfs of TFLTruck there is ZERO mention of power seats.

I heard him say driver power seat but it's no where to be found in the owner's manual. I did see heated side view mirrors though.:)

And you can only get Leather seats. I hate leather in Arizona in the summer. And it is 37k to boot. I want a long bed TRD Sport loaded with power seat and 4X4 for about for about 34k. But it really gets you thinking that for the same money, you can buy a full size truck. I am thinking now.

37...remember the limited comes with the tonnue cover. That's not included in the price.

Plus destination charge, we're talking about $39 almost $40k.

There was thread on here a few months back where the OP emailed Toyota and he got a reply stating that there would be power seats and heated mirrors.

I see now that they were able to get just one of those.

But seriously, the jaw dropping stunner here is the absence of the long bed. I really can't believe they left that out. Hope its a mid year refresh.

There has to be someone at Toyota that knows the answer?

I still can't believe people actually care that much about power seats. Who gives a fuck about that shit. Much faster to adjust manual ones anyway. Glad the truck doesn't have them.

    Nah, you misunderstood.

From what I understand, the limited at $37820 comes with all the tech and premium packages. You won't have to all that stuff.

Per Toyota, that price does not include destination which is $900...now you're at $38720.

If you figure the tongue cover , which is mandatory on the Limited, but not included in the price is say...$600-$700, now you're at $39,320-$39,420.

Now you have dealerships selling full pop who charge doc fees and crap and your going to be $40k on the Limited.

    At least right away.

Just don't purchase one period until power seats are available.Oh and that will probably never happen.Good luck!

    Fine.. I wont.

Jk, I just read somewhere that the Premium Plus package on the OR will color key the bumper and fenders. I prefered the grill on the Limited, but that will be an easy switch. (probably just as easy as switching the side view mirror covers on the limited)

But leaving the long bed out of the Limited configuration was a huge mistake in my opinion.

So I'm going to hold off altogether for now.

I'd like 4wd, LB, and the tech & premium packages.

I can achieve this in the Sport or OR, its just a matter of which drives better.

And as for tonnue, tongue, or tonneau.... Its out of my control. My phone will insert what it pleases.

I'm in the same boat but im pretty sure I'll get an offroad simply because I don't like the scoop and you get bigger tires on the OR.

I'm the exception to the rule. I like the hood scoop, but prefer a OR. Wish they had an option for a hood scoop in an OR.

I guess if I end up with an OR, I may be lucky and find someone with a Sport willing to trade hoods.

    Hold up......

Homelink is only available on the Limited.

It's not even and option with the premium plus advanced super duper tech package?

    Really?

10-way power adjust is very nice to have. Height, tilt, slant, length and lumbar adjustable to anywhere you please makes driving a lot better instead of trying to fit yourself into preset seating positions.

I prefer the 12 or 14 way if you can get them.
