I'm just putting this up here because I couldn't find too many threads on this topic in hopes that it will help someone out.

A few days ago I was driving to work as usual. I couldn't feel anything wrong with the truck. Then all of a sudden the engine stalls without any type of warning. I tried to start it back up but it wouldn't start. The engine turned over well but the engine would not start.. all my electrical components worked lights, windows etc. I took my code reader and got code p0102 and p1613 so I figured it was a dirty MAF I cleaned it but that didn't work so i bought a bran new one. when I finally got the truck started, after MAF replacement, it idled really low at around 500rpm and would go down to about 350rpm i could not for the life of me figure out what was wrong. so after talking to one of my coworkers he told me that the truck was in limp mode and would need a few cold starts for the computer to reset and lo and behold he was right after a few cold starts and test drives around town the ECU picked itself back up and corrected my idle. I hope this helps anyone that finds themselves in my predicament.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Driving for 3 minutes while not letting the throttle close then pull over, release throttle and let idle for 3 minutes and repeat seems to reset the parameters, as well
