See, I’m still in my early 20s, but after a long ass week at work, that’s my ideal Friday night. Scratch that, that’s my ideal any night

Little update from Best of the West. Had a hell of a time with @WarFab Armor @CGoss @Tacoma1192 @JoeCOVA @johntoyota and many others who I don't know if you are on here. Went out to Montrose a couple times in the weeks leading up to the event to get some new @WarFab Armor goodies and steal some of his parts. We chopped up the front of the frame for better clearance, and added a much higher clearance front bumper and skid plate. Then I stole his locked front diff and beadlocks. I got out there around 4am Friday, slept for about 3 hours and then had one of @johntoyota's Bush Lattes to start my day off right. We ran Die Trying in Montrose on Friday. Little rain, little snow, little broken driveshaft on Chris' truck. David and Mike ran back into town and got a spare while the rest of us drank beer and talked shit. Overall the tacomas were performing amazing. We had a very large group of all sorts of trucks (Sami on 40s, 1st gen 4runner on 42s, SAS toyota pickups on 40s, etc.) and up until the driveshaft met the rock, we were pacing right behind them. That trail truly made Pritchett Canyon in Moab look like an afternoon stroll. Slept a reasonable amount Friday night, and loaded up for 21 Rd in Grand Junction on Saturday. @CGoss and @WarFab Armor had a tow truck drag race, and we survived hwy 50 to GJ. 21 Rd is an awesome trail that seems to be a good time for any truck from stock, to full buggy builds. A dirt road follows and crosses over the trail almost the entire way. Which was extremely nice, because it is an out and back trail, so on the way back you can just rip down the dirt road. That is, unless you bend the crap out of your driveshaft like I did, then you can go 11mph back to the trailer. Absolute hell of a time. Can not wait to do it all again with you guys next year!
