    Lithium cells charge at a slightly higher voltage than a conventional battery. Using a conventional charger won't hurt them (usually), they just won't be optimized (and you might miss out on 5% or so of capacity)

    ah yes. LiFePo is what you want. Whenever I talk Li-ion I usually refer to lifepo chemistries. Definitely the one you want. :D
