    So, I've charged mine when I first received it, and been using it in the garage while working on the truck. It finally died on me, and when I tried to charge it...nothing.

    I contacted Litra via IG, and they replied asking to email them.

    We'll see how it goes.

    Follow up to my issue.

    Bottomline: Litra has amazing customer support!

    Emailed Litra customer support explaining my situation, they told me it was a manufacture defect. Sent me a new Litra Torch, free of charge and quickly!
