I am new to tacoma and retrofits. So I've done decent amount of research and I ordered everything I need from TRS. And I am starting as we speak. so let's try to make this an interactive tutorial. Help me out and help others that may be interested.

I took a few befor pics of the lights Pattern. And now I have the truck parked and the light pattern marked out

Now is almost time to bake. Remove all screws and rubber boots. Anything you can take off the headlight. Any suggestions on temp and time?

I think I did 350 for like 7 minutes? Honestly can't remember. I used a heat gun the times after that and it was much easier.

By the way be careful when prying off. If the plastic housing gets too hot it will crack easy and you can break off a chunk of it like I did. I got it back on and sealed it good but still best to avoid it

So I think I'll try 300 for 10 and see how it goes. Time to preheat. Then throwing it jn there on some cardboard. So i don't melt the housing

Now carefully take screws out and remove all chrome. To be painted. Reflector also needs to be ground down

Washed in the sink to get all dust off. Now for a much better alcohol. Cleaning. Then ready for paint. The reflector and trim are getting satin black. And the blinker and orange reflector are getting tinted with lens tint
