Alright everyone. So we've got a slight problem.

TC owner wants to only send me a giant pallet and then I ship everything out myself. Meaning it will take a little bit longer. We are going to do a separate pallet for everything that's in stock so it gets to you sooner. So if y'all are cool with waiting some more, we wait. Otherwise, IDK. I don't want to disappoint or piss anyone else off.

 

By your estimates, will my order get to me by August 15?

 

I honestly don't know because they aren't really giving me lead times now.

It went from things being easy to now me having to take on product and ship it all myself. Like what?

They also keep going back and fourth to events so it's making communication difficult.

So what’s in stock, what’s the wait times for what’s not in stock. Kind of sounds like we are all stuck here.

 

This is what I'm trying to figure out. I'm not really getting good information from them at the moment. I'm going to speak with the other sales guy tomorrow and see what he tells me. Just give me 1 more day to get a final verdict on lead times.

Things were going great and as planned and they just changed direction on us.

So if there was a shipping charge associated with our purchase for oversize items (ie. LCA's), I guess I'm not really understanding why those items can't be drop shipped direct especially if the shipping has been covered already.

If you can find out from TC better info on the specifics of this that would be great.
