Off topic, but consider this a bump.

Damn it now you guys have me second guessing my rear setup. Fml that going to cost another 2-3k for a Dmz sua, and bedcage. What lift numbers are people getting from the Dmz kit? I emailed Tim a few weeks ago, with no reply. I know will regret keeping the rear mid. Just like I regret doing mid all around from the rip. I will call Tim on my lunch break.

Don't worry man we have all crossed that hurdle ourselves...its a pretty penny, but LT aint for the weak wallet. I get about 2 inches of lift with mine...but if you get the AAL then you will get a little more probably closer to 3 inches. Keep in mind though that is partially the reason we got glass.

How much lift you trying to go for? I used to run my 3.5 kit with the TC sua mid travel with relocated 12s before I went dmz….my rear felt like ass compared to my front. Don't be that guy.

I was thinking 3 inches, but I guess 2 is more better for 35s, and glass.

If you get that AAL like SNowsk8 then you will have that or somewhere around it. His rear looks lower cause he used his stock bedsides when he went to the rubicon in the event he gets some tree love.

TC does not drop ship or allow anyone other than employees of the vendor pick up parts in store. I’ve thought about throwing a tc group buy many times, but shipping costs on LT kits kill the deal. I double ship their stuff all the time, but my local customers end up getting a far better deal because they don’t have to cover double shipping and I can pick up all their orders my self so they save on the shipping cost to me as well.

So no will call? I was thinking about doing a run to Cali to pickup all my parts. TC, DMZ, and McNeil.

Good to know, thanks for the clarification on the lack of drop shipping as an option - still doesn’t make economic sense to me but it is what it is.

Out of the 4 long travel companies I have accounts with TC is by far the best when it comes to lead time, communication, knowledge of their products, and ease of ordering. Only thing they don’t do is drop shipping, but I get it, I’d be able to save people a little more money, but it would complicate things a lot more on their end. ultimately the only people that are affected are the ones trying to get a discount. At regular price it’s a non issue, just call them and have them directly shipped to you.

Yesterday was a busy day, but I was still working.

So I’m waiting on an invoice from them, then I send them monies, and wait for a pallet and yeah.

I’ve got some really good rates on shipping, so things should be okay.
