That is the answer we have been looking for. Looks like I might be trying a set of falkens out. Any 255/27r17 coming soon? That is a great size tire. I am feeling they will be better than the Ko with out the price. Good job.

One other plug for the new FALKEN WILDPEAK A/T3W concerning tread depth and full depth siping.
Many of the LT sizes are 18-20 /32nds tread depth, which is deeper than nearly all of the A/T tires on the market. Most of the LT Tacoma-ish sizes such as LT265/75R16, LT285/75R16, LT265/70R17, etc are 18/32nds.
This translates to wet/snow/etc performance consistency throughout the life of the tire.

Yea want to 255 75 17 that the wranglers run. true 32.2 and 10.0 width. Help us. It will lower the rpms that the tacoma has with less wind resistance and the same weight as the c 265 70 17 but a 1/2 taller. Also the wild peak in the c load is 14/32s where the grabber at2 is 16/32s. Hmmmm. in order to get 18/32s you have to move to a 52 lb tire due to side walls meant for a 3/4 ton truck. that is a 2-3 mpg hit. :-/ maybe duratracs? 40ish lb tire with large depths but mixed reviews. Or back to the At2s.

I crave that size too. Actually I crave sizes no one makes. LT265/80R16 or LT265/85R16. Tall and Narrow.
Unfortunately it's quite the effort in a large corporate world to make the above happen, but comments like yours will help!

Bring em with 16 depth! They will sell like hot cakes. On the other note thanks for the replies. that is worth buying a set for the customer service!

The WILDPEAK A/T3W is a slightly different animal than a Duratrac or Grabber AT2. Both the Duratrac and the Grabber AT2 are studable tires, the WILDPEAK A/T3W meets the severe snow rating without studs. The A/T3W also has quite the upper sidewall features which aid in off-road traction in off-camber or air-down situations, the Grabber AT2 upper sidewall is merely cosmetic, (there's your weight savings).

Group buy! The others are snow flake approved. Who knows which way I will go.

I have the Grabber AT2s and so far they've been great for me and the price was awesome!

Just a heads up for anyone looking into the AT3W's. They have a $75 rebate right now through 4/2 and $40 instant savings through tonight. Saves an extra $115 off the already cheap prices.

I'm ready to hand over my money. Any plans to release a C rated 265/75/16 31.7x10.40R16 version of the AT3W in the near future?

The Discount Tire Direct deal was too good for me to pass up. Got the Wildpeak AT3Ws in 265/75R16, $434.08 delivered (only $359.08 after the $75 rebate). They are out of stock but I can keep the Blizzaks on for a while longer if necessary. The 75s were actually a few dollars cheaper than the 70s.

Hey Wildpeak I've been looking at the 275/70r18 at3w. Is the weight correct on the web site. It says they weigh 80 lbs each

    Hell of a deal
That's what it says on their "cheat sheet." 80lbs, yikes! The LT 285/65/R18 weigh 64.2 lbs and the LT275/65/R18 weighs 60.2lbs.

Got my AT3W's in today and they are being mounted now. Loved the look and they are beefy. Didn't get any before pics, but will get some up after I get it back.
