Cool Picture Bryan! Mark's truck is a beast!

Washed the truck yesterday and did a mod I have been meaning to do for a long time!

Did you use the screws that came with the mounts or did you swap out for self tapping? Or are the screws that come with it self tapping?

I used the ones it came with the mounts and backed one of the screws on each mount with a metal V shapes piece of metal that pulled together as you tightened it. I'm. It sure what it is called.

Curious as to why you didn't relocate the rear shocks before getting the new ICONs?

You may be on to something!

Edit: Just checked the date on that 01-22-2013. She has came a long way!

I don't see the benefit unless I was going to go to something with way more travel. Like the Pelfrey relocation or BAMF. This took all of an hour to install. That takes... well someone with skills and tools that are not readily available. Not that I don't have someone that could handle it... NwiTACO.

Thanks again for letting me drive the beast! It is truly unlike anything else I have driven!!

Pelfrey rack right? Does it make a lot of noise on the highway?

Without the deflector it was pretty loud.

With the lexan on you know it is up there, but it isn't too bad. My brother's Stock FJ rack sounds similar. Sometimes when using my Bluetooth on the hwy it is hard for people to hear me. I think that is because the speaker is in the overhead console and mine is kind of open because of my switch panel.
