So, in a slight dilemma here lol :frusty:. I recently (sadly) just sold my RR in anticipation for the 19's, and my car was paid off so thought why not pick up a new taco! Sure would make track days a lot better.

So my question is, are you guys able to load your bikes into your bed (I have the 6') and still close the tailgate? Only curious because I WAS planning on getting a tire swing out until I reminded myself I still need to close the damn tailgate! So if someone wants to give me the wonderful news that it is in fact possible, i'd greatly appreciate it!
Pic for attention, feel free to toss in your IG name too if you have some truck/bike related stuff. Mine is S1krr_Texan

You won't close the gate with a sportbike or standard bike in there.

Just measure the bike’s tip to tail, then measure a 6’ bed. The bias in the bed is around 7.5’. Just stick it in diagonaly.

You MIGHT be able to fit it diagonally, that's just a little more annoying to load and unload. Are they changing something on the 19 RRs that makes you want one or are you just upgrading for funsies?

I’d rather do that then have to hassle with a trailer, not to mention that costing more money. As far as the bike, I had a 14 the newer bikes have launch control, rev limiter for pit lane, electronic suspension and a few other goodies. It will be the 10 year anniversary so I’m hoping for some really cool stuff. Also hoping they throw some carbon stuff on there. Depends on how they look in final production though. The “schematic” I’ve been seeing looks like every other bike nowadays. If they stick with that there is a small chance I will go to a single R or just switch to Aprilia and get a tuono.
Basically a funsies thing though. I didn’t NEED any of that stuff lol. I sold it for a few more grand then I got it for after putting 10k miles on it so I said screw it. Why not?

Gotcha. The "looking and feeling like everything else" thing is ultimately what kept me from buying an s1krr. I rode one back to back with my Panigale and it just felt like a generic 4 banger. Not enough character for me. Sweet bike, and crazy fast, but just didn't tug on the heartstrings the way the 959 does

I’d have to look at measurements but I doubt they make any long enough to go past the tire carrier I will be getting. Need to find out if the gate will close with a bike angled in a long bed.

Ah, ya a tire carrier would make that difficult.
