Location of the front differential oil fill plug on a 2002 Tacoma Regular Cab 4x4 pickup?

    I wanted to change the front differential oil on my 2002 Taco and no matter how hard that I looked, I couldn't find the front differential oil fill plug.

    I have changed the oil in the rear diff, the trans, transfer case, but I can't find the front diff fill plug.

    Of course, I took both skid plates off, nothing...

    Wow - I was literally looking for the same thing yesterday and spent an hour trying to find it.

    What's misleading about this picture though is that it has the skid plate removed. In my truck, I found that the skid plate was blocking my already limited view of finding the fill plug but was able to find it when you start at the drain plug and feel your way upwards and to the side.

    Happy to take pictures if you need help as my truck is still on stands ATM.
