LOCK and UNLOCK with remote fob

    2012 Toyota tacoma extended cab v6
    when I use the remote fob to lock the vehicle I do not get any result. When I use the remote to unlock the vehicle, I get the lights and it unlocks. I have put in a new battery and I have the same problem. HELP!!!!! MJ
