    parts and stuff
    its probably the same, but becareful of wire coloring change. Toyota likes to change the color of their wires randomly sometimes. best to use pin numbers to be 100%.

    I'm color blind so I was really hesitant about doing this. Came out perfect everything worked great.

    But just a heads up my module was installed backwards. My connector was closer to the air bag cover.

    Pay attention to the connectors. Its the smaller one. I'm so glad I printed out the harness wiring pic.

    Question - with this Mod installed and the Locker Switch pressed in to Lock, on the dash what lights should be illuminated - (associated with this mod activation) ?

    My truck is 2014 TRD OR 4x4.

    If you use an AC relay in a DC application you run the risk of the relay armature sticking from the residual magnetism since the AC relays use a shader coil, it will work but not recommended. Any DPDT switch or 12VDC relay will work just fine for the mod.

    Yes this relay will work, but I don't know why the price is so high. I bought mine in the store for like $2.50 with the crimp plugs and tax the whole deal was just under $5.

    NO! This is not the correct relay

    Agreed Murphy loves to find any flaw. Soldering only takes a minute.

    If you say sub'd 3 times out loud it auto subs. Saying A-trac 3 times pages david K, and saying DB 3 times pages BGR. It's all written down in the COC and frequently asked questions.
