    Hello everyone, went through this whole thread to see if someone had similar issues but the only one I saw was @USMCtaco88. I completed the mod and I can engage diff lock perfectly but trac, trac off, abs, 4x4, diff lock, and 4lo lights stay on regardless of diff being engaged( which I can hear relay and diff lock audibly). Truck drives fine but cannot engage 4x4 or 4l with dial. Nothing happens when turning. I did have to pick up a relay at MarVac (right down the street from @TXpro4X4 lol I live by the fair grounds) so not sure if this has anything to do with the lights. Again diff engages and disengages perfect. Any ideas? Thank you

    Your issue sounds similar to USMCtaco88. If the mod is working then I doubt the relay is the problem. Check the connections in the plug.

    how did you wire the ADD? Did you use a plug n play harness or did you tap into the 4wd ecu plug wires?

    edit- sorry Nevermind, I re-read your previous post. Ya if the 4wd ecu is unplugged and you already cut up wires for the add switch then you can access the additional wires needed for this mod easily. It should work.

    New to this thread. But interested in being able to use my locker anytime. Is this just a plug and play and is there anything else i need to be able to use the locker when not on 4lo.

    I wouldn’t call this mod a plug and play personally. You will need to cut factory wires and crimp on female connectors to fit on a certain relay that will turn the locker on and off in any mode. Not hard at all Though. Following the OP’s directions made it really easy.

    So, I did start at the beginning but after the first 10 pages just started looking at users vehicle years because reading through all the comments was taking forever. So don’t hammer me too much if it was said somewhere in here!

    Is there anyone who’s done this on a 16 or newer?

    Other fun too, but definitely not necessary.

    33 pages later I just ordered my relay from etsy and cant wait to give this a try.
    read all the wins and fails and what I gather is 1. get the right relay-done
    2. take my time and double check everything-will do.
    3. hook up relay pin 7 to ground, pin 8 to power, push locker button and test relay

    You'll be fine - This thread has been pretty quiet lately, but the relays are still shipping a couple per month. My assumption is people are installing them without needing any help. That said, help is only a post away.
