It always seems to be something with my work. Went for a test drive after my re-gear and instantly noticed my locker was engaged while I was backing out of the driveway. I drove across the street in the parking lot and tried everything to get it to disengage, no luck. During the removal of the rear I know you have to move the little gear towards the left. When I went to reinstall I had to move the gear back to the right to get everything to fit. Before I called it quits for the night, I removed the motor to see if anything was loose. Everything looked fine. I could not get the gear to move this time. I don't know if that is by design or not. I would appreciate any help!

Anyone? Kind of in a pinch as this is my only vehicle. If it comes down to it I don’t mind to pull everything and start over. Just want to make sure I do everything right!

Old thread, but what ended up being the fix? I just regeared and I’m locked nonstop. I even unplugged the plug to the diff, and no change. ‍♀️
