    Y'all probably know a lot more then me but whenever I'm offroading the ATRAC on my truck has always hurt more than it helps. I have yet to be stuck with it disabled but I have been stuck with it turned on. This might be because I have a 4cyl that doesn't give enough power to get the tires spinning fast enough again after braking from the ATRAC though. I that makes sense.
