Locking up the bed....

    So, Im purchasing a diamondback cover for my 1st gen and I was curious what people do about locking the tailgate since it doesn't lock.....

    And now I look at this product and in order to add the power locks then I have to be able to take the tailgate panel off. Aaaand mine has an aluminum panel screwed to it and I had it Linex'd a couple months ago (sigh) hahaa

    I’ve had them in 3 different trucks and they’ve all worked great. I don’t have the power lock just the key one. Using a key is no problem. No matter what you install you are going to have to take your tail gate apart, it’s pretty easy.

    Well it would have been easy before I screwed an aluminum plate over it from relentless offroad and then had the whole truck Linex'd. So I dont want to cut the bedliner off and may just deal with no lock for now...
