    Both CA and WA have traffic, although the navy stations are away from it all so he'd be fine here. FL has mudding, VA has parks, WA has rain, CA has insane laws/taxes. None of those states is ideal

    No I have to go to work everyday and then leave for months on end...Its a lifestyle for sure.
