Well its a land Cruiser with a diesel so I've got that going for me.
Didn't do shit all day. Literally sat around bullshitting. But I did manage to get the radius arms, panhards, springs and shocks all out from under her and will do the brake lines tomorrow and maybe toss the rear back together. Kind of working on a front sway bar QD in my head and the rear I guess us just a remove it kind of thing which is a PITA. But the front seems like 2 pins and 2 tabs welded to the frame in the correct spot so I might try and get that together during this suspension work.

Do et! I'd imagine you'd have much more room under there to swing the link out of The way.

Have you looked at the Jeep quick release kits ? Could easily be adapted to other vehicles as long as the link length is close.

It's not so much a "disconnect" issue rather than a "where the fuck do I put the disconnected sway bar so it doesn't drag issue" much like the tacomas. The front has a great spot but the rear is a bit more complex.

folding it up and to the rear into the huge area where the rear spare was might be an option (not sure how it's mounted)

Nope. Sadly the bar is mounted to the axle and then the links go to the frame. It just doesn't have much wiggle. It seems like most disconnect the front and say screw the rear unless it's some serious wheeling and then they just remove it. It's 8 bolts to remove but comes right out. I'm wondering how this thing would handle with the Comp springs and no sway bars since the spring rates are so high...might be an experiment later. It would suck to have to drop the rear bar everytime I want to wheel.

    Yes
Can you add a custom cross member up under the back and flip the sway bar so that it mounts to the cross memeber and links down to the rear end ?

Seriously it's not that serious. If it isn't as easy as removing 8 bolts (and I actually have it down to 2 pins and 4 bolts already in my mind) then it isn't worth my time/money.

Hahahaha I'm really debating on running a rear. I haven't driven with a Swaybar on for so long I doubt I'd would notice especially if the front is on and then disconnected on the trail...

@Box Rocket what's your thoughts Adam?

Clearly you missed the conversation about this earlier...I cannot get on to the new TW version from work and only use Tapatalk from the phone so I have yet to even see the new TW and be able to change any of my settings that aren't available from Tapatalk. So suck it up buttercup!
