That's normal in HI if it was sent sea freight, I work over there a bit and deal with that issue everything needs a 4 week min lead time for sea freight from the time it hits Long Beach on a truck to the day it hits your door. The only way around it is air freight which is bonkers $, same prob when I have worked in Alaska.

Rear 90% done. Once I had all the parts that arrived yesterday (new end links and the proper sway bar drop) it was a quick job. Just gotta get it on its wheels and weight to set the panhard. Still waiting on the last bushing for the radius arms to arrive next week and then I'll get the front knocked out.

You going to paint up those arms and get rid of what looks like surface rust?

Alright rear is all buttoned up minus the panhard. I'll let it set on the springs for the night and toss it on tomorrow. Good news is that the axle is centered so all I gotta do is toss it in there without the aide of straps and shit. Actually a little disappointed in the ride height...we shall see how the front end sits but I sense a set if spring spacers in my near future.

I was expecting moar from that lift as well. At least enough to justify 37s. Those 35s appear that they will stuff nicely

Yeah so sadly I didn't take any before measurements since she was already lifted with some off the wall spring combos. To me it looks the same height as she did when I started which was with 2.5 TJM mediums. But based on info I found the hub to fender stock is 20"... I am currently at 24" even. But that is unloaded! no bumper, fridge or drawers. I'm guessing she'll drop to 23.x with all that weight and look very level but I was expecting a bit more lift.

But the good news is that I opened up the first box from 4x4labs and shits nice! Bumper is built next weekend and I will have the sliders next weekend as well but doubt they will be installed until the following weekend.

Buahahaha whose gonna be on spacers now ! But seriously didn't we all debate that ride height 1:1 ratio thing last week and the company told you it would sit higher ?

Looking at the 1st pictars it doesn't appear much higher but I cannot be sure. Maybe some 1" spacers will make the 37s a reality.

Bumper comes disassembled? Where is the ladder?

Yup sure did...and I was assured I would be near 4" with +400lbs...I am not thinking they did the math quiet right. I'm going to hold my reservations till its all loaded and back on its wheels before I call bitching. But yes likely a spacer in the rear.

And honestly a 37 would go in there as it is now.

My biggest issue here is that I eyeballed frame to tire spot before the lift in the rear since that was somewhat close to a normal setup...it's in almost the exact same spot... maybe 1/4" higher...maybe.

Here's two pics. Top is right meow and bottom is in the driveway before the lift.

    40fc9f16104913b692261121c1eb7a70_087ec6d572e35d9c98bc7d1e5e4ffdaec0905054.jpg

You can see the top of the frame in relation to the tire... that's not 1.5" of change. So either the 2.5 TJM coils were giving me way more lift than advertised, which is not uncommon with 2.5 springs to get nearly 4"of lift...or this 3" spring isn't going to be tall enough.

Again I will hold off on calling them till I can at least get it on 4 wheels and outside which should be Tuesday/Wednesday but based off the Ole tape measure I will be sitting ass low without even adding my accounted for added weight.

37s are going to fit yea but will they self clearance your fender off the truck upon stuffage is the question. I don't know if you plan on trimming or not.

Thought you would get a kick out of this. This was filmed on the back road to Crown King, AZ. A very well known scenic route. The second challenge has them climbing the nastiest obstacle on the way up to the top. This was filmed in 2013 and since the floods of last year this same obstacle is even worse. My buddy attempted it in his LC with only a spacer, 38s and center diff lock. He almost made it but at the very top it turns into a 5' nearly vertical climb now right where the LC in this video got hung up.

So I said fuck the bushings and just mocked up the front end...it'll work out fine since now all I have to do is pull 6 bolts and then install the new bushings and then 6 bolts back in. So work now or work later.

Fucking thing is sitting pretty levelish. Maybe a little ass low as she sits now but it brought the rear end up about 1/2" by just getting the front loaded.

So I'm too low in the rear for sure. My new rear stuff is going to add an additional 400#+ static 24/7...with probably another 200# for wheeling.. she is going to drop about another inch is my guess once loaded. So I'll get a hold of Kurt tomorrow and see what he wants to do. I'd love to get the correct springs and get them swapped out but I bet it's just going to be a spring spacer fix...which bothers me because I really wanted the springs to be correct and do all the work without a spacer. I am really hoping Kurt gets me the right springs...but since these have been installed I am probably fucked.
