im buying a fat bobs lift kit and it has the option for a longer AAL. what is the difference between that one and the standard one, other than $40?

from what i've read here - the longer aal gives more smooth ride however it could sag in the near future, whereas the regular aal gives a bit stiff ride but no problem with sagging.
i personally do not have the spacer lift/level lift myself.
