    Back quite a few years ago I was given a jay walking ticket at 10 o'clock at night with NO traffic around skateboarding on the way back from watching a play at the LAC LBCC campus as an extra credit assignment on a Friday night. I was thinking here I am completely sober doing nothing that's impacting anyone else while you know there's folks drunk driving and they've got 5 LEO's in 3 separate vehicles for forty minutes chilling here for someone trying to make sure they got an A. So po'd. Lol.

    Not off roading related but check out 7th and Golden if you like drift and other types of tuner cars. Hoonigan has a shop down there in an old post office building. I used to work at the elementary school across the street from it.

    They're out there weekly burning donuts and filming YouTube shows in everything from stock Camaros to built race Porches. Cool graffiti art on the front of the building too. They had some security issues since it's in a not-the-best part of town and put a couple storage containers and a barb wire topped fence, but you can still see some stuff there when you cruise by. They call it the donut garage and it'll probably come up on YouTube if you search for it.

    I saw the guys on Motor Trend's hot rod garage filming this earlier this year - some clips of Long Beach and the Hoonigan shop towards the end of it. The car is owned and built by hot rod magazine.
