I'd be tempted by a double cab with an 8 foot box. I think with 3" lift and 32's it would look OK. I almost bought a Tundra the second time around for the access cab and 8' box.

You do some really nice work by the way. Checked out your company website.

Guys with long beds are just trying to compensate for their "shortcomings" :dancingbacon:

the DCSB is more like an SUV with a larger cargo area. At leas that's how I see mine. It's extremely manuverable. The DCLb Rivals your typical full size truck in length. It's more utility and less manuverable.

Haul more wood and a bigger moose in a long bed. May have a higher payload too.
    Camper or skiddo will fit

Ok guys (and the 3 girls on this forum), to be completely fair, sometimes its probably a little less "cool" to have a shorter ride.

7ft. fishing rods fit sideways in the long bed, not in the short one. 'Nuff said!

I had a short bed and now I have a long bed.
Like someone said you can zip around in the short bed a lot easier than the long bed.

I went for the SB over the LB simply because i bought a tacoma for my own personal enjoyment not for loading stuff which i still do but nothing oversized and plus I plan to take offloading soon and I assumed with a SB it would be a better experience

Planning on a camper or sleeping set up? That could make a difference.

A little of this and a little of that.
To me, the biggest difference is the transmission choices. The DCSB is available with a 6-speed manual, the DCLB trucks are only available with an auto trans.

If you use your pickup to haul stuff often get the long bed. If you don't get the short bed. I am happy to have one for the fact that I put a toolbox in it and still have usable space to haul stuff, wouldn't be much left with the short bed.

With a double cab I can see how city driving would be a little bit more of a challenge.
