I'm looking to buy a new long board. Owned a loaded vanguard until I broke my ankle and sold it cause I needed money. Now its been almost 2 years, and I want to get back into it. I have it down to 2 boards either another loaded vanguard or a loaded fattail bamboo board. The think I don't know is trucks??? wheels and bearings I'm so lost...

Last time I just went with Randal or Paris trucks and abec 11 gumballs and just regular bearings. The board was amazing! But I want to get the best board so I won't have to upgrade anytime soon.

I want a wheel I can grip and slide (thinking orangatangs) and for bearings I hear (bones) are good.

I'm open to ideas and any help. I'm big so I'm getting a flex 1 but I also want to buy a board for my girl 5'6" 120lbs and new to it but wants to have fun.

Any advice is great thanks guys.
