The mounting holes used are the same stock ones for our tailgate.

I'm going to assume no since the overall dimensions are different; 1st gens are smaller.

That and the Wilco is pre-sold pending funds.

Ha no, got rid of it long ago along with the truck.

I'd suggest getting one made! Having owned it, and how it went together, wouldn't be hard to cobble up.
