    Ever looked into assembling them on the truck? Use the weight of the truck to compress the spring enough to thread the top nut

    pretty sure you can rent one from like autozone with a deposit left there its not expensive

    I don't think they are recommended for such heavy springs, they look scary

    I have a set of spring compressors, but i think they are similar if not the same as the auto zone ones.

    yea seems I have two more locals guys I keep spotting. One is a dcsb dark grey 3rd gen with a lift and tire package, and 2nd gen dclb with a lift and Demello front bumper. The turd gen guy never waves.. The 2nd gen dude throws the shaka out the window though:woot:

    the fb page does get some traffic, I think the LI life, hustle and bustle grind for pennies, and lack of land access really hurts our 4wd yota community here on the island as well.


    Will be having another small install day this weekend if anyone wants to dick around!

    Small install day? What and where is this? I could offer up my garage for meets like this. Fire up the grill, jump in the pool, pour a beer from my kegerator, slam a jello-shot, and, do some taco stuff.

    Was thinking of getting together around here in setauket by my office with alex to throw a few parts on my truck maybe Sunday, but now not sure saturday i am getting tied up and sunday might have to pick up another part for my truck in NJ.

    Nice man, which bumper you getting? I went down there today, snagged up some new rims and tires. 255/85/16 Toyo MT and hit some trails in the pine barrens. Putting the new wheels on tomorrow and will post some pics.
