    The state permit lists the speed limit 15mph I think. For the state you and everyone over 12 need fishing gear, tackle and a marine fishing license(free) from the DEC.

    Next Home Depo trip just pick up some PVC, I think I use 1 1/2", cut them on 45 degrees. I've never had any issues. Weekends I go cup but weekdays are for showing off my extensive coozy collection. Last year they had guys at Sore Thumb looking at your gear but not really checking it. They also weren't letting dogs last year there

    Says who there aren't any fish? One of many blue fish and one of many fluke. If you're going to fish be prepared to lose gear. If you want to have fun get yourself a medium fast action 5 foot rod with 12lb braid for fluke. It will feel like you have a monster when you hook up :rofl:
