Those MTB trails do require a state DEC pass that I have somewhere but it’s probably expired.

I am sorry but who are you again???

there is a required pass that can be had for free by calling the number below...
Users are reminded that helmet, eye protection, and a DEC permit are required while using designated bicycle trails. Call (631) 444-0270 for info.
    https://www.dec.ny.gov/lands/75900.html

that being said... might not need a pass if you gonna go in their on your motorized tricycles :anonymous:

Man I miss motorized tricycles, particularly 250Rs.

I'll be checking out some of the Shoreham trails Sat afternoon.

What time are you thinking Saturday? I haven't ridden in a few weeks due to snowboarding, so maybe I'll join! I've hit Shoreham once like 8yr ago lol.

    Definitely a fun time today!
I was too lazy to unpack my bike/gear, but that serves as a great excuse to go back tomorrow and explore the trails on the south side of N. Country Rd.

It's a bit difficult to see in the pics, but the amount of thorns was staggering.
I stuck to the more open trails as shown in the last pic, and still got two flats/slow leaks within 30 min of riding.
