I love my tikka t3x lite, including the trigger. It could definately be inproved w/ a chassis over the oem plastic stock

I guess I just expected there triggered to be much better on a $1700/$1800 gun. My RPR trigger @ a $1000 gun, absolutely eats The tikka trigger for breakfast. It’s not even comparable. What’s the gun overall is awesome. And although you probibly have to leave acquisition just see that BubbleLevel, it is definitely a plus when mounting a scope!

It's pretty good, I had a girlfriend that shot one. It was on par with my 300 win mag out to about 800 yards with no wind

Thats the difference, i paid $500 for mine and it is very crisp and light. For $500 I'm very happy.

Bubble level would be really nice for zeroing, meh for shooting where that one is mounted

I have an opposite experience, I've own a few Tikkas and plenty of friends have them. i think it's a great factory trigger/rifle. and so easy to lighten.

Both tikka and rpr's are great rifles at it's price point. I would much rather build off a tikka action over a factory R700. no need for a trigger, side bolt release,70 degree bolt lift, and a pretty smooth cycling action.

I've heard a lot of good about magnetospeeds, is it as easy to use as a standard chrony?
