    Hi everyone,

Long time lurker here, just wanted to say hi!

I've got a 2016 SR5 Access Cab (V6/4X4), and I've been loving the truck so far. Coming from a Ford Focus, it's a big change.

Bought one of the last 2016's on the lot and so far I haven't had any of the common issues people have been talking about. Here's hoping it stays that way. :fingerscrossed:

Good to come out of the shadows and into the light. Not enough access cabs on here. Color? Post a picture when you can.

People here can turn you into
    an auto-hypochondriac, just pay attention.

Access cabs have a more traditional truck profile. I have a DCSB and admit that the AC has a better balance between bed and cab. Reminds me of my old 97.

You put the Off road wheels on your SR5. I didn't pick up on that before. I like those more than the sport wheel. Get them slightly used?

    Slightly used, yeah.

I ended up getting them from Craigslist. The guy had lifted and put new wheels on his Tacoma right away so they're basically brand new. I do prefer them to the sport wheels though. I like the OR design more and I prefer a smaller rim and a bigger tire.

Any plans to change your wheels?

Yes. I am all over the place though on what to get. Original plan was just new tires. Next idea was getting some 17s and extra rubber and a little leveling. Then I wanted 20s. 18s on the wish list now. And I favor the bronze right now, wanted black at first. Options aplenty:crazy: o_O

I thought of just getting bigger tires at first, but I wasn't a fan of the grey SR5 rims against the MGM. Too much of the same IMO. I think they look nice against the black though. Either way - biggers tires, bronze, or black on black - I don't think you can go wrong.

I just needed a vehicle and had not had a Toyota truck since 2002 when I bought mine. I just showed up. So I saw one that would make sense for me and bought it. I do like the appearance package, but the wheels are so so. Very traditional Toyota truck wheels, in my opinion.

Seeing your truck makes me think of trying to find some used rims and painting them myself. Not many bronze options and few match what I am imagining. No rush cause the tires are still like new.:burnrubber:
