I'm up in Traverse City. I hadn't considered the Grayling area for wheeling. Will have to check it out this summer. I plan to hit the Silver Lake Sand Dunes some day. Need to get my truck a tad better prepared before I bite off too much. Many mods and upgrades to make first.

Traverse City is a nice place. My wife's grandparents live there so I'm up there quite a bit. You don't need any crazy mods to hit the dunes. My truck is stock and does just fine. I don't do any crazy fast speeds or anything though.

Normally I'm not the most patient person but in this case I knew a lease I had on a company vehicle, an F150, that was going away in April. Seemed like the perfect opportunity to order a truck I've wanted since I was a kid with what I wanted in it. So far so good, my garage looks so much bigger now without a super crew filling it up and it rides awesome.

That is next on the wish list. Just trying to decide how extravagant I want to get with it. I know I don't want to go over two inches for the front. Looking hard at the ultimate lift kit or OME. But then I look at the upper tier stuff and........

Thanks stumpman I'm very happy so far. It's a work in progress. Where in TN are you. I lived in Nashville for about six years ago. Miss it sometimes down there.

That looks fantastic!! That's about the stance I am looking for and was thinking of running the exact set up? How much lift did you get and would you mind letting me know about how much it ran you?

I was able to get to some minor mods this weekend. Shortened my front mudflaps four inches, added the C-Clam tailgate theft deterrent system (with bonus heat shrink for extra flair) and added Redlines Elite quicklift. Just need ut to warm up around here so I can add my tonneau cover. I don't want to add the seal until it's the recommended 60 degrees out for maximum adhesion. No pics yet.

Went with OME 885's up front, they're 2.5 inch lift springs just in case you're not sure. Also did the 5100's all around, kept front at the 0 setting, plus the 1/4 inch driver side spacer for the lean. Did the 3 leaf progressive AAL in the rear. Also did the 3 degree rear shims and the carrier bearing drop kit, no vibrations. Added 265/70/17 MT's (almost 32 inches) on my Level 8's too. Overall with tires and lift, I almost got 4 inches all the way around, haven't checked since the lift though. I ordered everythig off Wheelers and with shipping it was just at $800. Hope this helps TacomaDarth!

Thanks for the info guys!! I still don't know what I'll end up going with. Don't think I want to go that high and have been looking at the 884's but who knows.

Updated pic with some of the recent changes. Debadged, added my tonneau, trimmed my front flaps........ Wish the wallet would keep up with me.....
