I have decided to convert my OEM manual CVs up for long travel if anybody is interested. I DO NOT provide the LT shafts, but if you source the shafts that you want with OEM splines and specs then I will convert them to Manual CVs. They can be whatever length you need. I know CVJ offers some shafts, but there may be others out there that I am not aware. I am not long travel so I don't have research on the vendors, but contact me if you can get or have shafts that you want to make Long Travel even if they are currently ADD setup. We can work out a pricing setup once I confirm that your shafts will work with OEM outers.

Since I have to put a price down, $10K OBO (not really serious on price, but want to see if we can get this off the ground first), and I will also include my OEM shafts back to you for any core charges you may have incurred.

I can do the conversion but didn’t want to buy a bunch of different length shafts and guess what everybody needed. Therefore, I figured I would just let whomever source the shaft length and strength desired (only requirement are OEM spline count and end shaft diameter the same). Send me your shafts and then I will convert to manual and boot with OEM or whatever desired silicone aftermarket options with OEM moly and clips.
