I know Class 11s (Stock bug) do like 60 - 70 mph. THats what I hope to be racing next season. but we'll see.

06haole switched to 5/8s studs He'll chime in. He knows the parts numbers of both bigger ones and better stock size ones.

Mine are all stock I'm pretty sure

Haha figured out how to multi quote:taco:. Doing 30 in a bug scares me out of my mind. In that vid, they looked like they did like almost 70. I like to see that facebook vid.

If you are launching off big stuff go for the upgrade.
It's pretty smart if you have large rim offset and really huge tires. I'd like to upgrade my whole entire hub. Referring to Alex, I think
06haole did a whole new hub which is awesome because you get a bigger wheel bearing. For me it isn't justified yet to upgrade the wheel bearings until I strengthen other stuff first.

Chevy motors in pre-runners is a beautiful thing. Last year at an offroad swap meet, a guy had a fully build 5lug but and took out the 2.4 to fit in a 302 v8 going for 11K race ready. I asked, how about I switch my 5 lug for your 5lug? I wonder if I still have the pic of it.

I bought new stock Toyota hubs and had them machined for 5/8" wheels studs. My Currie axle came with 5/8"th studs and I ordered my Walker Evans 5/8"th so now everything is beef.

I am waiting on a deposit from a buyer tomm. Lets see if it pans out.:D

I upgraded mine when i did L/T on my 02 tundra. ARP has them, look up Lexus is300 studs. Only shitty thing is they come in packs of 5, so to do the front only you need 3 sets and 5 to do the whole turck.
