It's riveted to that thin metal rail that the head lights and grill mount to. At the corners I have a thin piece of aluminum angled and riveted to the fiberglass to keep the plastic flush with the fiberglass.

I had the truck out this weekend hauling ass and jumping without problems.

Super super vague question, depends on the type of shocks, used or new. Same with the leaf pack, the complexity of the cage(also DOM vs Mild Steel), and for you 1st gen guys there's no full kit so you have to get shackles, ubolts, spring perches and all that little stuff separately.

FWIW I got used king triples, new Defined SUA kit, cage, wheel spacers and driveshaft slip yolk for under 4Gs

That kit is amazing, only 3 ever built. Too bad he is selling it without the spindle.

Cant run this kit without a wider axle. It mounts outside frame rails with a flipped shackle. You would need giant 62 kit unless you plan on spending more money. Still not cheap though. Just do like you said and buy used. Deaver f67s 12 inch shackles 16 inch shocks. The little things add up fast too though. Finding the right deals and doing fab yourself it can be done for about $1500. The right deals are key though..

That price is getting pretty low though. To the right person capable of fabricating a spindle using his current one for a jig that person could probably make some cash.......haha

I might know where that jig is but that spindle does have a lot of machining and custom hardware
