mid travel is a performance suspension that uses a race style, bolt in coilover and stock length arms, usually with a uni-ball upper arm TC, camburg and the stock lower arm

most set up can get about 10" travel, give or take

The Raptor is considered long travel since the upper and lower arms are longer than stock (which is kinda funny since they're like that from the factory)

    The Raptor cycles 12"+

Just drop the tank and elevate the lines. Make sure to tape off the hoses so you dont get debris in there. Just undo lines and un-bolt tank straps.

Thanks man. Here are some pics from the road trip to Phoenix. The new owners won Class 1 in the 2003 Baja 1000. Its safe to say my truck will be getting thrashed soon as well as driven by some talented drivers.

As for the pics: In N Out in Tuscon in Chandler AZ was a treat. Handing over the keys to the new owners was painful. Getting 24mpg while going 90 thru AZ was pretty cool. I got 9mpg going 80 in the Tacoma on the way out there. My two ladies side by side for a final pic was kind of cool.

I also stopped by SDHQ in Chandler and Serena showed me around the shop. Now I know why everyone goes there for work. They are a top notch organization and serious work was happening in there. There were at least 6 guys back there flying around working on Raptors, the FJ, a Tacoma, and an MRAP for a civilian security company. What an amazing shop.

Amaes: I wanted to say whats up but I was only in Chandler for a few hrs at the Subaru dealership and then about 30 minutes at SDHQ. I should have gotten your number beforehand.:(

And the final good bye. There she goes. Carmen drives away.
