I am planning on them. Did not realize there was much difference between brands for a tripple bypass.

I'd just check if I were you. Small tolerance of size with them. Don't want you to buy used to save money and the tubes are on the wrong side and won't fit.

3 years on my TC kit and a year and a half on the deavers and I have no squeaking at all. I too have always wondered what everybody always talks about being so loud.

True...but this set of "used" is new and I would only buy if I got the price I want for them. Which in turn will be easy to sell for me, at that price, if I decide against them or to go a different route. Trying to help myself not lose money later on. I will take your advice though and call to ask a few questions.

Sometimes the tubes are in different locations on the shocks which could cause a clearance issue

2nd gen solid and reinforced motor mounts almost done. Could be in production soon if people want them.

Exactly, smooth bodies won't work due to clearance where the hose comes out. When I was talking to James about this only 2 types of shocks would work.

    Quick question.

I am running factory bumps right now up front and my spindle smashes into my fender well pretty badly. With the price of used 8" bypasses and a set of hydro bumps I cannot justify to myself to spend the money on the bumps and all the time for labor to get the factory bracket off and the hydro cans welded on. It seems like going with the bypasses would be a little extra but I will get a lot of tuning benefit from them and be able to tune them to work as a bump...

    Thoughts?

I'm interested in those motor mounts too, I'm looking to beef mine up pretty soon. Are those the LSK prototypes?

Do you guys think it's a better idea to replace the mounts or just box the area around the stock ones? From my understanding the mounts aren't weak, it's the area around them that's failing, right?

Couple shocks, some old tires, and a bad paint job
Correct, it's lack of load spreading.

I don't know what the stock setup looks like but it seems like he got solid mounts and they also put a plate around it..?

Stock ones have bushings right? So they don't vibrate as much as solid ones. So why not just plate the area around the stock mounts and still have a smooth idle?

No bushings or rubber, solid plated and reinforced/gusseted to the bottom of the frame. Tranny mount bracket will be solid too.
