    Seems odd, as the un-sprung weight wouldn't tear the strap like that. Maybe just a bad strap :notsure:

    Only way I see it happening is if something put a small tear in it and then when the suspension drooped out it tore all the way across.

    Limit straps are a consumable, just like bushings, uniballs, and springs. At some point they wear out and it's time for new ones.

    but chains r much stronger and won't stretch at all. U can stretch them to whatever length u want but u would have to buy a chain stretcher and those can be expensive . . . . . .

    American Motorsports 100% bolt on bed cage for 05-current 6-lug Toyota Tacomas. 2in DOM Bed cage upper and lower shock mounts and spare tire carrier. Mininal Bed cutting required. Only welding lower shock mount tabs.

    This is for Chris's (Bandwagon) 05 Tacoma Bed Cage with 16in 2.5 double bypass with a SUA leaf pack bolted in stock location.

    If you make one for Long Beds as well as one that has a tire carrier that doesn't require cutting the bed for the tire carrier you'd be set :cool:

    Actually i shipped a bumper to Rhode Island for 180 to the customers front door. The bed cage weights a bit more but probably under 300 to ship on a pallet.
